libpt-plugins-arts?

Hi there,

I'm having problems using Ekiga on my KDE-based Debian Etch system,
because it does not support aRts for audio output. This seems to be
because there is no aRts plugin for libpt. Is there a simple way to
compile this myself, preferably as a Debian package? I had a look at
the libpt-doc package, but that mostly seems to be a class hierarchy
reference.
