Upload last SVN ptlib, opal to experimental

Hi,

I have been maintaining ptlib, opal and ekiga as non official debian 
packages since April (http://snapshots.ekiga.net/).  Josselin Mouette 
from pkg-gnome has recently told me it should be very useful to put the 
upcoming ekiga 3.0 package in experimental.  He has given me rw access 
on gnome repository.

But the new ekiga depends on the newest ptlib and opal.  Therefore, 
would you be interested to upload them in experimental?  I have the 
.diff.gz for them at http://snapshots.ekiga.net/snapshots/debian/  I can 
help if needed.

Even if my available time is limited, my next step is to process their 
bugs in BTS wrt this new version: either mark them as fixed, or contact 
the upstream authors (I know some of them) or fill bug in their repository.
