Build of zaptel-modules 1.4.9 fails with m-a under linux 2.6.24

Thanks. I applied your patch. I also fixed building of lapd.c. I
commited that, as I don't have the hardware to test this on.

I believe that this code is in use for D channel tracing. Anybody
actually used it?
