We are carrying out a survey of web developers working on VoIP-Web mash-ups
(or telecom-web mashups in general). I would appreciate if you could take

Just for your understanding- a VoIP-web mashup is an web based  application
that offers some kind of VOIP related application with web integration e.g.
web-to-phone, click-to-dial, web conferencing tool, voice-enabled instant
messaging, unified inbox, etc etc. Please advice

determine the call state of those calls

c. Data primitives to retrieve commonly accessed lists such as placed,
received and missed call logs, as well as enterprise, group and personal
directories

d. Configuration primitives to retrieve and configure a user's profile and
services

e. Media primitives to perform digit detection, Text-to-Speech (TTS) and
Automated Speech Recognition (ASR)

 

10. Other general comments such as: examples of VoIP-Web mash-up
applications that you have already developed or are developing; your
experience with the platforms/vendors/service providers you have so far
