Bug#478855: main window pops up on wrong desktop

If I configure twinkle to pop up the main window a few seconds after
an incoming call (Edit->System settings->General->Auto show main
window on incoming call after...), it pops up on the (fluxbox)
desktop from where twinkle was originally started. It should really
use the current desktop.
