Bug#479373: does not follow nameserver changes

If the nameservers in resolv.conf change and twinkle is not
restarted, it will fail to reregister after the expiry period has
run out:

  Cannot resolve destination for:
  REGISTER sip:madduck.net SIP/2.0
  [...]

Registering manually, via the menu, makes it work:

  Send to: udp:84.75.148.163:5060
  REGISTER sip:madduck.net SIP/2.0
  [...]

restarting twinkle also makes it work as before. I shouldn't have to
do that though.
