Do we need it?

Consider together with agx-ast-addons. It seems it has actually been in
use.

Dead. Should be purged.

>  * asterisk-sounds-extra (1.2.1 => 1.4.7)

This one needs discussion. We need to consider just what sound formats
we package and how. There are currently too many options, and thus we
can't package "everything" or "every tarball in its own package".

See http://downloads.digium.com/pub/telephony/sounds/ .

BTW: sln/wav is no longer good enough. We now have sln16 and g722
widebands.

Does it build?

1.4.4 has a host of changes. Adapting bristuff to them will take work.
We will need it if we want to make it possible to build Asterisk 1.6 vs.
Lenny packages.

Consider together with callweaver? Or do we package chan_unicall?

>  * spandsp (0.0.5pre1 => 0.0.5pre2)

0.0.4pre18 is the version in Sid.

0.0.5pre1 is plain broken (a file was missing). pre2 should have fixed
that. We should test it. There's a pretty good chance that going for
0.0.5 will break some existing packages. But there is some chance that
0.0.5 will actually have a long-standing API. Though this may be some
wishful thinking on my side.

mISDN is a nice bashing subject here. I figure that updating the
version in Experimental won't hurt.

Kilian?

Upstream is dead. Anybody else maintains it? (FreePBX? Trixbox?)
Or do we just purge it?
