When making a call from a Zap channel (junghanns.net QuadBRI) that gets
delivered over SIP (to another asterisk box), if zapata.conf has:

jbimpl = adaptive

then the call gives no sound (on the zap channel), and the console says:

 Failed to put first frame in the jitterbuffer on channel

With

jbimpl = fixed

it works OK.
