Asterisk 1.4.19.2

Hello Maintainers,

I'd like to ask if the debian package for version 1.4.19.2 is already in
preparation. I need to install this version this week on a server
because of some upstream bugs in 1.4.19.1. So I will repackage it for
this tests. But if you already have a package I'd be glad to test it and
safe some work ;-)
