Bug#482997: Replicatd on three server systems

I've replicated this bug on three settings:
IAX2 communication between PBX and a Norwegian VSP
IAX2 communication between two VIA-based PBXes
IAX2 communication between two dual-core PBXes

Personally, I am unsure about the severity "normal" on this bug, since it makes Debian-based PBXes unusable (unable to send calls to VSP or other PBXes).
