Hey Victor, find attached the source package for misdn-user. The upstream
tarball is
http://www.linux-call-router.de/download/lcr-1.2/mISDNuser_20081020.tar.gz

Note that the version number is guessed from some variables in the Makefile,
I'm not sure about that. Next step should be to wrap a source package from
lcr, which spits out some package like "asterisk-chan-lcr".
