Initial package for lcr

Hi list,

I've been hammering along on this package to get a step closer to
asterisk-char-lcr. Attached you will find my first attempt to package lcr.
There .orig.tar.gz is
http://www.linux-call-router.de/download/lcr-1.2/lcr_20081020.tar.gz

It gets configured and compiles right.

My TODO:
-config files don't get copied over yet, and need to be marked as such
-the lcr binary has all kinds of paths hardcoded via the Makefile. Find them
and fix them.
-some kind of init script to start lcr? lcr needs to run as daemon for
chan_lcr to work.

Feedback is welcome. Any DD interested in picking this up?
