Asterisk 1.6

Status update on Asterisk 1.6.0:

asterisk, libpri, asterisk-addons: in their branches/experimental
dahdi-linux, dahdi-tools, libss7: in their trunk

Important changes so far:
1. It seems that ABI/API compatibility may be broken on every version.
In practice the modules API will be broken on 1.6.0->1.6.1 . 
Thus asterisk now provides (and asterisk-addons packages depend on)
"asterisk-1.6.0" . Though maybe just make it a versioned dependency on 
asterisk?

2. No bristuff: A minimal bristuff patch is included in dahdi-linux, but
the userspace patches are dropped (asterisk, libpri). 

3. SONAMEs bumped in libpri and libtonezone. 

4. Zaptel has an epoch. dahdi-linux and dahdi-tools don't have an epoch.
This seems to work well for everything, except the build dependency of
asterisk on libtonezone's version.
