Bug#501521: asterisk-gui pages were not included

the asterisk package in debian testing has the asterisk static-http
service, but when I enable it in /etc/asterisk/http.conf and browse it
with iceweasel, no content found, so it is better include the static pages
and the scripts for asterisk-gui.
