Bug#489676: zaptel: bashism in /bin/sh script

Update on this one:

It has been fixed in 1.4.12 by reverting the script to be /bin/bash
after all. 1.4.11 has a script that resolves the original problem, but
may leave out a file called "3". Apart from that it seems to function
correctly mostly.

The fix is to use the newer version:
  
  svn cat -r 4456 http://svn.digium.com/svn/zaptel/branches/1.4/kernel/xpp/utils/xpp_fxloader

(and copy that to /usr/share/zaptel/xpp_fxloader)
