  I only looked at this package because aptitude presented it to me as a

with a detailed long description.
  I think you can take the description from here. Lots of library packages
use the same description for the libXXX, libXXX-dev, libXXX-doc, ... packages
but the last (or the first) line telling if this is runtime, development files,
documentation, ...

  Another suggestion would be to add libccrtp-dev as a Suggests: to
libccrtp-doc. Most of the time, you install the documentation because
you want to do development with the library.
