packages without get-orig-source rules

Hi

I'm test-building some more packages (on an Etch pbuilder right now, to 
get a better feeling of the build dependencies). I noticed that the
following packages have no get-orig-source targets:

  openam
  ohphone
  mediaproxy

There are probably some others. I didn't check them all.

While I don't think a get-orig-source is required of packages, it does
help test-building it and getting a new version out quickly.

Do those packages have an active up-stream?
