callweaver revisited

Hi

I noticed there's finally a new RC of callweaver and wanted to give it a
shot.

For starters, they don't publish a decent tarball at an expected
location. I had to package an SVN snapshot, but this means the configure
script is not there., which is why I had to add a 'configure' target to
debian/rules .

I get plenty of warnings (I get the feeling it wasn't really tested on
amd64) and it does not seem to build successfully with DAHDI.

The version SpanDSP required is >= 0.0.6pre7 . I'm not sure what this
means about the API stability of spandsp.

To get an orig tarball I did the following:

svn export http://svn.callweaver.org/callweaver/tags/1.2.1-rc1/ ../callweaver-1.2.1-rc1
rm -rf ../callweaver-1.2.1-rc1/debian
(cd ..; tar czf tarballs/callweaver_1.2.1-rc1.orig.tar.gz callweaver-1.2.1-rc1 )
