Permission to prepare a stable update for #521641

Hello,

Bug #521641 is preventing me from able to use Asterisk (calls cut off after
a few minutes).

I have prepared and tested a fixed package with the upstream patch for this
problem. It consists of adding a single upstream patch (see the bug for the
debdiff).

What I'd like to do is to fix it in unstable (so that it propagates to
testing) and also submit it to the release managers for the next stable
point release.

Do you have any objections to either of these?
