Heads up: removing OpenSER from Debian

Diana,

please lets not start a flameware here. There is and was no "main developer" 
of OpensER. OpenSER was founded from three people in 2005, two of them are at 
kamailio. And now there are more maintainers in both projects, both of them 
continuing with their respective projects.
