When a jitterbuffer is created, asterisk cannot create a frame log file.
The
following error message is printed to the console:

[Aug 21 11:16:00] WARNING[22829]: abstract_jb.c:504 create_jb: Failed to
create frame log file with pathname
'/tmp/ast_fixed_jb_SIP#phi-08213d00--CAPI#ISDN1#02/022882096463-7a.log'

The permissions of /tmp are set to drwxrwxrwt.
