It's good to see that the timing source issue is finally being taken
care of properly, it's a very very good news.
I'm just wondering, has anyone tried to use HPET as a timing source
for Asterisk, either from userspace or from kernel space with a
ztdummy-like module? Especially the kernel approach with HPET would
probably be more precise than timerfd or pthread...
That's something that was on my TODO list when I was doing
Asterisk-based work :)
