Bug#510858: zaptel: OSLEC not default echo canceller

Package: zaptel
Version: 1:1.4.11~dfsg-3
Severity: normal

My understanding from the changelog is oslec should now be the default echo canceller.

Adding ECHO_CAN_NAME=$(ECHO_CAN_NAME) to "make $(MOD_ARGS) modules" (have modified
/usr/src/modules/zaptel/debian/rules locally and built with m-a --not-unpack) line seems
to be required for ztcfg -vt to report the oslec echo canceller is being used (was MG2
before modification).
