for the v4l/v4l2 and alsa/oss i don't object. For the avc/dc the overhead on
users that don't have these devices was and is actually not wanted.
Therefore these plugins have been moved out to not clutter a default install
(ekiga is in gnome-core) in the first place. Putting them back in I *DO*
object.
