Bug#537054: [linphone] gsm codec not supported anymore?

It seems that linphone doesn't support the GSM codec anymore; the
package in unstable doesn't even depend on libgsm1 and I was unable to
find any info about this change.

The GSM codec is very useful for narrow band connections, therefore I
propose this bug as important.
