Please build in a clean chroot!

Asterisk 1:1.6.1.0~dfsg-1, present in sid, has a dependency on
libspandsp because of the app_fax.so applications.

This would be a good thing, if it was present in the build-deps as well,
or in the binaries of non-i386 architectures.

Apparently, the package was built in an unclean chroot that had
libspandsp-dev installed, which resulted in this inconsistency.

Please, pretty please, don't do that when uploading to Debian, _ever_!
