Maintenance of celt

Hi,

	I have recently merged opal in Ubuntu from Debian, and as such, have
looked at filed an main inclusion request to have the celt library moved
from universe to main -- as far as I can see, celt maintenance in Debian
looks to be fairly dead -- are you guys looking at also giving that
package love and affection so that it doesn't adversely impact on opal?
