Eventually a package was created in the repository, and I see Joerg has
already started fixing it (username: dorchain-guest).

LCR relies on a newer version of the mISDN interface (mISDN 1.2? 2.0?).
The problem is, that from what I understand it is (still?) not stable.

So basically we first need to update the package misdn-user (the package
misdn-kernel may become unneeded if we rely on the code in the main
kernel package).

What other users does it have besides lcr?
