It appears that the major reverse depends is kopete/experimental which does
build correctly with the new libosip2 so I think this transition is low risk.

It seems to be working well in pkg-voip team on alioth so I wouldn't want to
change that. You are still an Uploader so any contributions are welcome.
Maybe this is also a good time to move sip-tester (sipp) into the pkg-voip
team as well? (Bug#510663)
