LinuxCallRouter - New packages

Hello,

I put the current state of efforts into packages again. Thanks to
some hints and help from the pkg-voip people package production
is now a lot easier.

There are no new features in the upstream part, just the package
is more "round".  Some system scripts for /etc/init.d and
logrotate are most visible changes.

They are available at http://www.dorchain.net/~joerg/code/debian/.
