Bug#519047: pwlib FTBFS

Hi,

While trying to see if pwlib would build with libdc1394-22-dev, I get an 
FTBFS.  Looks like it is from the newer libraw1394:

this scope
vidinput_avc.cxx:420: error: 'raw1394_stop_iso_rcv' was not declared in 
this scope
make[4]: *** [../pwlib/device/videoinput/avc_pwplugin.so] Error 1


I was concerned that it might be related to using libdc1394-22-dev so I 
built the original and get the following problem with build-dependencies:

The following packages are BROKEN:
  libdc1394-13
