Bug#519347: FTBFS: seems to fail when building with libzrtpcpp-dev 1.3.0-1

I was trying to build the version for testing and it was failing to build
with errors regarding zrtp, I upgraded to libzrtpcpp-dev 1.4.3-3 (the
version in unstable and it built ok.

I suggest you build-depend on the 1.4 version of zrtp so that it builds
cleanly.
