The patch asterisk.h should be removed . It is no longer needed even in 
Lenny . At some point <asterisk/asterisk.h> will be removed (I thought I
removed it already, actually).

I'm also surpised to see that the patch 01_debian_patch is still needed.
Upstream still uses the lovely handcrafted Asterisk Makefile
optimizations?
