Bug#520639: mumble-server: generates noise when set to not automatically start

Hi,
I have mumble-server installed and set it to NOT automatically start in
/etc/default/mumble-server .
Now,
1) logrotate fails daily:
| /etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
| error: error running non-shared postrotate script for /var/log/mumble-server/mumble-server.log of '/var/log/mumble-server/mumble-server.log '
| run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate exited with return code 1
2) at every reboot, the init.d script waves a red "warning" at me.

The first is definitely a bug.
The second may be wishlist, but complaining
 "Warning: the sysadmin explicitly disabled me, now I do not run"
is really poor style, IMHO.

Fortunately, both are easy fixes:
1) add "--oknodo" to the arguments of start-stop-daemon in
   /etc/logrotate.d/mumble-server
2) remove the
    log_warning_msg "Not starting $DESC $NAME, disabled via /etc/default/$NAME"
   line from /etc/init.d/mumble-server
