Fine. ITPs are at the source package level, so no you don't need to
file an ITP per binary package :)

Just ask Mark or Faidon (or Kilian but he's been less active lately?)
to add you to the pkg-voip project on Alioth. Easiest way is probably
to just make the request via the project page on
<http://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-voip>.
If you don't have an account already you'll have to create one.
