zaptel frozen?

Zaptel is basically frozen and replaced by DAHDI.

1.4.12.1 won't build as-is - we need to drop several patches.

However if anybody actually wants a newer version of Zaptel, the SVN
includes quite a few fixes that are likely to never get released as a
released version, as there is not likely to be any other Zaptel release.

There are already a number of such changes. I'll probably commit another
batch of xpp changes in the coming week or so, once we see that they
work well in DAHDI.

I included a script in Zaptel to generate a tarball with a sane version
number:

  http://svn.digium.com/svn/zaptel/branches/1.4/build_tools/zaptel_svn_tarball

It will generate a tarball with the version string:

  1.4.12.9.svn.r<svn_rev>

So if anybody thinks that our 1.4.11 is too old, this is my recommended
version.
