Later on the newer libpri managed to get into Unstable. This, however,
broke building the current Asterisk: #525163 .

It has remained broken for over a month. AFAIR the newer version of
Asterisk that can build with the newer libpri awaits the dahdi-linux and
dahdi-tools packages, which are in the New queue.
