Ups, my mistake, I should read the reports more carefully.

You spotted the point:

Obviously the last release of lcr builds chan_lcr only against asterisk
1.4. FYI, I tested with the debian package 1:1.4.21.2~dfsg-3.

I'll check with upstream, this should be known.
