Propagation to testing

Hi,

According to http://packages.qa.debian.org/o/opal.html, opal (and hence
ptlib and ekiga) has not entered testing because:
- it's out of data on mips, however it was built successfully almost one
month ago
- it has a new (serious) bug, 550516, however this bug was fixed almost
one month ago

Do you know what happens?  Who need to be contacted for this problem?
