I am hesitant to file bugs on behalf of somebody else. More often
than not the developers have additional questions about them which
I would then be unable to answer and which go unnoticed by the
actual reporter so the bugs get closed because no feedback was
provided and that is quite unsatisfying for both the developers
and me.
