Bug#556357: twinkle: taskbar icon is not displayed in notification area

Hi,

I'm using Twinkle with KDE4 on Debian (testing).

The taskbar icon does not end up in the taskbar most of the time (it
actually did once right now).  Instead it is displayed somewhere else
and the surrounding area is no longer refresh correctly.  It shows
artifacts from windows that were placed there before instead of the
desktop.  See the attached screenshot.

I'm not sure when this occurred for the first time as I don't use
twinkle very often, but I think it was after upgrading to KDE4.
