Bug#557875: qutecom: Making a test video call crashes with relocation error

In the configuration menus, when I click to make a test video call,
qutecom immediately crashes with,

qutecom: relocation error: /usr/lib/qutecom/libphapi.so: symbol CRYPTO_malloc_debug_init, version OPENSSL_0.9.8 not defined in file libcrypto.so.0.9.8 with link time reference

(I'm a new user of qutecom so I've not previously had it working.)
