Bug#552604: insserv error during installation: Service zaptel has to be enabled to start service asterisk

'zaptel' was a dependency of earlier versions of Asterisk. Replaced with
dahdi. In latest version of the package that line has 'dahdi' instead of
'zaptel'. Does that make insserv happy? (it did on my system).
