which worked fine
once switched to a local jabber server (prosody) running on "example.com" asterisk seg faults after successful authentication
serverhost=localhost or serverhost=example.com
username=user at example.com
in case of unsuccessful jabber authentication (wrong password), asterisk is not affected
as far I could observe it, the crash happens during jabber service discovery
