Well, the release team expressed their intend to freeze "soon" since
quite some time. But it seems that you weren't the only developer that
doubted them...

Probably not anymore in squeeze proper (at time of writing, I still
hoped to squeeze FFmpeg 0.6 in), but in case we'll do an ffmpeg 0.6
add-on repository for squeeze (think backports.org), it would be
necessary to have a package of qutecom that actually builds.
