Possible problems in your Debian packages

Okay here is first a short summary (I don't have got more time atm, 
because I am on my final exams):

* asterisk-oh323
- I think this should be removed from the archive, it is unmaintained by 
upstream since ~ 3 years and popcon is also very low: 37

* bayonne
- The FTBFS is fixable, but it also looks dead on upstream side and just 
has got a popcon of 18

* pwlib-titan
- Looks like there was some progress from msp in the past, what is the 
status?

* ser
- the mips FTBFS should be fixable with updated config.{guess,sub} files 
or overwriting the ccflags
- file overwriting bug: add conflicts/replaces and remove the file from 
one package

* srtp
- it is only in unstable
- low popcon: 11
- unmaintained in debian and not very active upstream
- 4 RC bugs, but a few are looking just unmaintained and already fixed.
- on the last build of the package (april 2008!) it only failed on one 
release arch: ia64
- I think this also could be dropped, as long as no other wants to 
maintain it

* iaxclient
- okay the RC bug is realy a case for upstream. is he already aware of it?

* libportaudio19
- Okay bad RC bug and much installations. Upstream should fix it and if 
he won't do so, maybe just patch out the overwriting error handler?

* siproxd
- First it has to be checked, if the embedded libtool is realy used
- if not, close the report
- if yes, it should be simple to use the system wide one. Mostly it just 
needs the build dependency and a patch for the includes to use the 
system wide one

* t38modem
- 0.8.4 is in the archive, 1.0.0 on the upstream side, maybe the release 
already fixed this bug! It should be packaged..

* yate
- Okay zaptel isn't anymore in the archive.
- yate in the archive has got the version 1.3.0
- upstream has 2.1.x, maybe it does not depend on it anymore..



Sorry I also wanted to fix bug, but I haven't got the time atm :/
I hope a summary of the rc bugs will help you.
