Bug#561708: Fix FTBFS on sparc, powerpc, ia64 and armel

Hi,

please add following line to debian/rules instead of applying the patch:

DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS = --disable-strict

With this option the compilation will not fail, when a warning exists.
This will fix the FTBFS on sparc, powerpc, ia64 and armel with the gcc
4.4.
