Good day,
 
I am very sorry for the delay in contacting you, i have not been available for sometime now. I receive a call from FedEx Shipping Agency this morning informing me that the parcel{ ATM Master Card } i sent you was not delivered, becuase your delivery address is invalid.Therefore the parcel has been in their vault for about a month and 3weeks now and it has incurred a demurrage fee of $224 USD which must be cleared before delivery.
 
Note that I packaged the ATM MASTER CARD value of $750,000 USD inside a Diary where nobody will notice the content,fedEx do not know the content of the parcel.
Be informed that i have paid the initial delivery charges,the only fee that was left Un-paid is the Demurrage fee of $224 USD only. I would have paid that but i was denied the Opportunity because they don't know when you will contact them with your Valid Delivery Address incase of demurrage and the Initial the airway bill Payment Receipt was not issued for same reason.
 
Note that, you are to quote the parcel Number (PNL0972-NG ) and shipment code ( FSAC/FRN/9856) when contacting Mr. Bennet to enable him issue you the Initial Airway bill payment receipt

I will be travelling to IRAQ  and I will not come back till next month,Therefore I will advise you to contact the fedex clearance officer with his contact information as listed below for the avoidiance of increase of demurrage fee.
