In case anyone on this list cares, I have now packaged unofficially 
Ekiga with SRTP support here:

deb http://debian.jones.dk/ squeeze voip voip_
deb http://debian.jones.dk/ sid voip voip_

The packages are as of now completely untested.  Feedback is greatly 
appreciated!


Asterisk is further away - my earlier referenced patches are for 1.4.x 
branch, and only very recently have work begun on porting to 1.6.x 
apparently.
