Update for those: I decided to patch Asterisk to fix the issue of the
directory:

  http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/pkg-voip/asterisk/trunk/debian/patches/moh_datadir?view=markup

I also noticed that the Asterisk tarball is 23MB, and 15MB of those are
in asterisk-moh-opsound-wav.tar.gz . We currently don't include those
files.
